Parent / Teacher Conferences will be held on
Wednesday, November 27, 2024 Bookable Times: 4:00 - 7:30 PM and on
Thursday, November 28, 2024 Bookable Times: 3:30 - 6:00 PM

What are Parent-Teacher Conferences?
Parent-teacher conferences are short, 10-minute face-to-face sessions between you and your child’s teacher. This is an opportunity to discuss your child's progress and for the teacher to learn more about your child. If you feel you will need a longer meeting or if you cannot attend at the scheduled times, please contact your child's teacher to make other arrangements.
How are They Set Up?

On the selected evening, your meeting will be held in your child's classroom.
Why are They Important?
Attending these conferences shows your child that you value their learning and school experience. It also provides an opportunity to identify additional ways to support your child effectively.
Teachers that are available
All of our teachers from Kindergarten to Grade 5 including Mrs. Miller will have time slots available for booking with just a few things to note:
- Mrs. Blanchard - Junior Kindergarten does not take part in parent teacher interviews however she would be happy to set up an interview with you at an alternate time. Please reach out to her at blanchardm@fsd38.ab.ca
- Mrs. Burgess - She will be available for booking all evening on November 27 and then from 5:15 - 6:00 on November 28. This will allow her to coach cheer. Please reach out to her at burgesss@fsd38.ab.ca if you need an alternate time.
