Dear ÉJCS Parents and Care Givers,

It is that time of year again and registrations are open for families in need of support at Christmas Time.  Here are some of the supports available now in the High River Area.  Please review and consider which best fits your family's need at this time.  

The Salvation Army's Christmas Gift and Food Hampers, This season all registrations will be done in person.  No appointment is necessary, just register in person at the Salvation Army Church 117 2 Ave SE, High River, on one of those dates and times.  

Shop of Wonders operated through My City Cares Okotoks; is open now to families that reside in the Foothills area. The goal is to help families in need by giving their parents an opportunity to pick Christmas presents for their children from a variety of donated toys. Families can register online by using this link:    

Magic of Christmas 2024 ; Is now accepting referrals.  The referral needs to be made by a referring agency.  If you are interested, please email me.  I will contact you to complete the application and submit it to them.  I must have all referrals made by November 29th so please contact me as soon as you decide. Families must be available all-day Saturday, December 21 to meet the Magic of Christmas Team, receive gifts, enjoy Christmas Cheer and have a picture with Santa if you wish.
